The overall frame profile of the container housing is rolled and formed by hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, with a thickness of 2.3mm, which has good resistance to bending and compression. The main materials are 4 columns, 4 beams on the upper and lower frames, 8 corner heads, also called (corner pieces), and 64 screws connecting the corner heads, the frame and the column. The wall panels are made of double-sided color steel plates with an intermediate rock wool insulation layer. Different from the traditional corrugated and welded container houses scattered from the top and around the drainage pattern, the top beam of the modular container house frame has its own drainage ditch, which has better drainage performance.
