Portable Buildings Prefab Modular Restroom
Modular restrooms are prefabricated bathroom units that are designed to be quickly and easily installed in various locations.

Our Modular Restroom units use the updated drainage system:
1) The first is about the ground:
a. Instead of the fireproof MGO board, we will use 18mm thick cement board;
b. Instead of the PVC floor leather, we will use 1.5mm thick Aluminum pattern plate. The advantage of this board is that it is wear-resistant and waterproof.
Because for the WC and bathroom, people may use some disinfectant, detergent, etc. to clean the floor. If using PVC, it is not resistant to corrosion and easily damaged.
But for the Aluminum pattern plate, which is corrosion-resistant metal, does not oxidize and rust, is durable and easy to clean and is simple to install..
2) The second is about our roof system: We made a curved design and it has a complete drainage system. You can see there are big water gutters on each side, so even there is big rain, it can store for a long itme, then the water will flow into the dowinpipes, then flow to outside, there are a downpipe in each column.
The roof is curvied, when the rainfalls on the roof, it can flow naturally to the water gutters.
This is our unqiue design, only we have!!
Between the connection joint of two containers, we will use Waterproof Tape to cover the joint, so the water can't enter inside.
3) The house is fast installation. It only takes 3 people about 4 hours to finish one standard container installation. Simple and easy to operate. it will greatly save your time and cost.
About Partition Boards:
Partition boards are divided into: high-pressure laminate and PVC board.
You can choose according to your needs and usage environment. There are many colors to choose from for high-pressure laminate, and PVC boards have more obvious advantages in waterproofing.
Toilet pan type:
Water closet or toilet bowl are generally divided into two different type.
