Here comes the solution. As the modular housing technique grows fast and becomes more and more popular nowadays, people are inclined to choose mobile homes which are more economical and easier to build. With the budget of a normal conventional house, you can get a luxury mobile house.

Our luxury mobile homes are made of light steel frames and enclosed by heat insulation and anti-corrosion sandwich wall panels. All steel frame is galvanized and wall panels are fireproofed. And the wall materials and doors and windows can also be made as required. Glass walls with sliding doors or open doors, both are available.

Because all components are pre-made and ready in the factory, it takes short time to assemble, and no loss when disassembled due to the connection of bolts and screws. And the whole house is sealed well, so you have no need to worry about sealing.

The standard size of 1 single unit of luxury mobile house is L5,950*W3,000*H2,800mm, it is I perfect for a bedroom and a bathroom, then if you want a bigger house, you can just joint more units like LEGO blocks. The layout and distribution would be very flexible.

1. How is your warranty?
12-month warranty for main steel structure, and sandwich panels. Not include the harsh use environment and human damage.
If there is a problem,  we will suggest you solve it on site and we will bear the relevant cost.
If it cannot be solved on-site, we will arrange to deliver the broken parts to you.

Usually, after manufacturing our products, there will be an inspection department to inspect them, and we can provide them to you only
after qualified. And during the shipping process, we will buy insurance for the goods.

2. How does maintenance work?
Painting once every 2 years to extend the using life. 
In addition, our engineer will give advice base on the climate and weather situation on your site.
