Famed German children's author Cornelia Funke first contacted David Latimer of Nashville-based New Frontier Tiny Homes when she became world-famous for her Inkheart trilogy, who lived in Los Angeles and wanted to buy a waterfront home. Additionally, she hopes to build an off-grid cabin on the property that can serve as a writing studio and guest quarters for visiting friends. When she finally found the right piece of land near Zuma Beach in Malibu-an old avocado farm-she commissioned Latima to build a custom tiny house at her Nashville, Tennessee factory.

After comparing various wallboard filling materials for a long time, we chose rock wool, which has both A-level fire resistance and sound insulation and heat preservation, as the wallboard filling, and the insulation of the roof is made of glass wool with a lower density.

Easy Installation Work With Handable Tools
As a modular building, the installation of the container house is also very simple, just like building a large building block. Normally, only 4 workers can complete the installation work of 130 square meters in one day.
Container house does not have many requirements on the ground and can be placed directly on a stable ground. If the ground is wet or external drainage pipes need to be reserved, it can also be installed on a raised cement or brick foundation.
Just fix the steel frame structures such as ground beams, columns, and supporting purlins with screws, and then insert the wall panels like a puzzle, and the installation of the basic frame of the container house is over. You don't have to worry about stability, because the quantity and thickness of the steel frame structure used in our container house, and the number of screws provided to you are much higher than those of other suppliers on the market.
