1. What's your payment terms?
LC and TT are both acceptable to our company. However, we always prefer TT over LC for its lower cost and for its convenience.
2. What's the lifetime of your house?
15 years are the design life of our house main structure, not include the easy broken part, such as lock, lights, sockets, switches, etc.
If you maintain it regularly, you can extend the house's life;
Our steel frame is not broken. For wall panels and other accessories, if they are broken, you can replace them with new ones.
By this way your house can be used for a very very long time.
3. What's the MOQ for color customized?
Normally the standard color is white-grey.
It depends on the Quantity, if customer order more than 30 units container house, the color can be customized.
