Site Container Office is a modular house, with the standard modular size L6*W3*H2.8meter per unit, from the basic unit it can develop into many different designs; it could connect easily from every direction, and stack up into maximum of 3 floors.
After assembly, it is a whole unit, that has high strength and stable structure. With good earthquake resistance, waterproof, fireproof, and anti-corrosion, lightweight features.
The materials we choose for the house are mostly fireproof and galvanized material. Such as the steel structure, it is all galvanized items, including the smallest bolts, to the biggest column, all items are galvanized.
The wall panel for the standard unit using A1 grade fireproof rock wool sandwich panel, and the covers on both sides are galvanized steel plate, it has thermal insulation and heat insulation features.
The house has ceiling and floor leather, once completed the construction, you can move in directly, no need wait. It has lights, windows, doors already. But the house with standard configuration, if you need special request for lights, window, or doors, etc, can contact with our sales to tailor yours requirement.
