Our Temporary Container Home for Workers' Accommodation is suitable for contractors who often need to change project locations. The standard size of the container cabin is 5950×3000×2800 mm (L×W×H), and it can also be customized. It can also be stacked up to two floors.
Technology Features
- We make specially designed plastic steel windows and steel doors for our container house. Windows have shutters. Both doors and windows would be covered by steel mesh and screen to avoid animals and mosquitoes.
- Container house would have High-grade waterproof plastic flooring fittings with PVC skirting line and concave line, and fasteners, different Stylish appearance for option.
- All circuit is built in wall panels or roof panels, concealed wiring, safe and durable, assembled with CE CCC Certified sockets, switches, ceiling lamp, and distribution box.
- All water pipes are also hidden, laid, safe, and convenient. Blowing off piping is designed very well outside the container house.
- Strict production process makes our container house have good watertightness, wind resistance, and seismic resistance.
1. Do you provide on-site installation service?
1) Only large projects provide installation services
2) General projects, we can provide Installation guide service based on the customer's request.
3) Installation supervision charge standard: 150USD/day, the customer should be responsible for the travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensuring staff's health and safety.
2. What's your delivery time?
The salesman will confirm the time accordingly. Large orders should communicate with the order management department in advance. Normally, delivery time is 45days after receiving the deposit. Large order delivery time should be arranged separately.
3. How to control the quality of your product?
a. quality of the design: think about possible problems in advance and provide a high-quality design solution.
b. quality of the raw material: choose the qualified raw material,
c. quality of the production: precise manufacturing technique, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.
4. How to deal with quality problems?
Warranty is 3 years. Within the warranty period, PTH will be responsible for all quality problems caused by production.
5. What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adapt to different climates)?
Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.
Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, and improve the anti-pressure ability of the structure.
High corrosion region: use corrosion-resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
