This is a project used for students dormitory in Guyana, it has not been completed yet.

It is a 2-floor building consisted of a standard container unit, make the whole projects inside the house, that could prevent cold water come in.

And to make sure it is more fashion, on appearance with Browne colored cladding panel, after it completed, if we don't say it is a steel house, you won't recognize it really. It looks like a luxury permanent building.




How to build a container house in the shortest period? Does container house reliable?

The container house is all screw connected structure; all items are modular produced, so it could minimize the construction period.

Its design life is 15 years, all the material by chosen after taking full consideration of your actual use.




All the units use galvanized steel frames, and wall panels we choose mineral rock wool sandwich panels, which perform good anti-rust and non-combustible levels.

Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.
Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve the anti-pressure ability of the structure.
