Prefabricated Hospital Container Infirmary
Modular hospital construction is mobile and reusable building product. It adopts modular design and factory pre-production.
The steel structure and wall panel is the basic unit. It can be used alone, or it can form a large space through different
combinations of horizontal and vertical directions. The vertical direction can be stacked up to 3 floors. The container
structure is a standard component, which is connected by bolts. The structure is simple and the installation is convenient and quick.
Matters needing attention in use
1. Do not attempt to remove any screws and parts.
2. The foundation needs to have the drainage system in the house in advance.
3. Don't change the structure of the house arbitrarily.
4. When using doors and windows, please push and close them gently.
5. For the steel components that are easily corroded, maintenance work such as painting should be carried out regularly.
Project Case
The following is a modular field clinic made of two sets of container houses in Guatemala we completed.
The total construction area is 36 square meters.
There are patient room, can accommodate 2 wards; one doctor's office, a waiting area and a toilet.
