Mobile Deployable Field Hospital Container
Modular hospital construction is mobile and reusable building product. It adopts modular design and factory pre-production.
The steel structure and wall panel is the basic unit. It can be used alone, or it can form a large space through different
combinations of horizontal and vertical directions. The vertical direction can be stacked up to 3 floors. The container
structure is a standard component, which is connected by bolts. The structure is simple and the installation is convenient and quick.
Matters needing attention in use
1. Do not attempt to remove any screws and parts.
2. The foundation needs to have the drainage system in the house in advance.
3. Don't change the structure of the house arbitrarily.
4. When using doors and windows, please push and close them gently.
5. For the steel components that are easily corroded, maintenance work such as painting should be carried out regularly.
Project Case
The following is a two-story hospital with a total of 24 beds.
The total construction area is 1366.5 square meters and the land area is 633.25 square meters. The project took about 20 days
from production to completion.
1. The wards are all constructed to a high standard and are fully equipped with separate bathrooms and air conditioners.
2. The ward is designed according to the requirements of infectious disease control. The wards area, staff working area, and living
area are independently designed.
3. The hospital building is equipped with a patient channel, medical care channel, and a special channel for cargo transportation.
