Now look, this is our standard container portable house: 3m*5.95m*2.8m, is composed of steel structure and sandwich panel.
This is the components of one standard container house:
1. This is our Galvanized corner columns, the thickness is 2.3mm. It is very thick. Surface spray treated by machine after
repeatedly polished. So it is double protection. Some manufacturers don't spray.
2. This is the bottom system, composed of purlins, fireproof MGO board and PVC floor leather.
The quantity of bottom purlins: You may have noticed that there are many different prices in the market, some are expensive and
some are very cheap.
This is one of our differences: we designed 16 floor purlins, to better strengthen the floor and bear people's weight.
Your people are stronger and heavier than us. Especially if there is bunk bed, people may jump off the bed.
If the floor system is not strong enough, it may be broken. So we increased the quantity of floor purlins to ensure your normal use.
Floor board:Above the purlins, we use 18mm thickness fireproof MGO board, some manufactures are still using 15mm thickness.
Floor leather:Above the floor board, there is PVC floor leather.
3. This is our unique design roof system, made of 4 parts: steel ceiling+roof purlins+glass wool insultion material+roo steel sheet.
There are also 4 big water gutters to store rainwater and flow naturally. And there are 4 drainpipes in each column,
so the rainwater will flow from the roof steel sheet, into the water gutters, at last flow from the drainpipes orderly.
4. This is our standard rockwool sandwich panel, it is fireproof. There are other options to choose. According to your local environment,
we can provide you a suitable solution.
5. This is PVC steel sliding double glass window, with screens and anti-thief bar.
This is steel door, the interior of the door is filled with composite wood to make the door heavy and strong; It is fireproof.
6. Accessories: Electricity system, including light, switch, socket, air breaker and wires, these can meet your site normal use.
Skirting line,: To decorate the inside. The material is PVC.
Sealing strip: Used on the joint between wall panel and steel frame, to better prevent rainwater and humid air go inside.
Sealant glue: After installation, you need to seal every gaps.
There are also screws and bolts, don't worry, we will provide you enough quantity for your installation.
Transportation way: It is in bulk package, so one 40ft shipping containe rcan load 10~12 sets of our standard container houses.
Our loading workers are very experienced, they will place these components orderly, steel frame and steel frame will be together,
panels and panels will be together.
So during the transportation, there will be no collision and damage.
And for each items, we will make labels on each item, with the detail name and specifications.
We will also provide the matched installation drawing and packing list, so it would be easy to recognize all items.

20FT Modular House Made Of Containers are modular system, its design is easy to master installation ways to install.
One standard container unit can be finished within 3 hours by 3-4 skilled workers, inexperienced workers can take up to twice as long to install.
For example, our Singapore 2 storey dormitory project in September, It took only one month for 10 inexperienced workers to install 62 sets.
