Audited Supplier The Temporary Emergency Housing for Workforce Lodging has completely last month, after that our clients start to buy furniture,
slightly decorate the room, install TV, AC, assemble the toilet room accessories in it.
Now workers from abroad arrive one after another, they start to live in this house.

During the project, here list some main questions from the customer:
1. Can you make a drawing for us?
Yes, kindly send us your requirements on the size and layout so our technician can customize the design for you.
2. What's your warranty?
12 month warranty for main steel structure, and sandwich panels.
Not include the harsh use environment, such as hurricane, fire hazard, flood, more than 8 grade earthquake etc. (force majeure) and human damage.
3. What's your payment terms?
LC and TT are both acceptable to our company.
However, we always prefer TT over LC for its lower cost and for its convenience.
4. Do you provide installation service?
Yes, we'll provide step by step installation instrtucitons, installation videos. Also, we have abroad installation teams, we can arrange them to guide your installation if you need.
5. What's the lifetime of your house?
The design lifetime is about 20 years, if you do maintenance reguarly, it can be longer.
