Anti-Corrosion Metal Workshop Galvanized Steel Warehouse Building
K-home customized a complete set of Steel Warehouse Building solutions for customers according to the site conditions and requirements provided by the customers.
On October 20, 2019, the Ethiopian Auto Parts Factory ordered a 7648m2 steel warehouse building and installation guide service contract from K-home for a period of 15 days.
The steel warehouse building adopts Q355B welded H type steel, Q355B steel square tube, Q235BC type steel, and Q235B Z type steel to combine or build a framework. The roof and wall are color steel sandwich panels.
Q355B is one of low carbon alloy steel. Welded H section Q355B steel with high strength, stronger buckling resistance performance, can save 10%-15% material, 30%-40% weight of the structure in buildings, and 15%-20% weight of the structure in bridges than hot-rolled H steel. Compare to hot-rolled H steel, welded H section steel have high-accuracy size performance, and can be customized. The specification is more flexible and wide choose to meet Ethiopian clients' demands.
The guide installation service was originally scheduled to start on December 5, 2019. the K-home team was unable to travel abroad to Ethiopia. Then, with a time difference of 5 hours, the K-home team provided installation instructions to the customer's installation team via remote online methods. In the end, the steel warehouse building was successfully installed and put into use in advance.
