Walls and partitions
Wall and partitions all use insulated sandwich panel as choice. Standard thickness and materials are 50mm rock wool sandwich panel; two side is 0.4mm steel tiles. It has perfect heat, sound, fireproof and waterproof performance.
Other option about material: PU, EPS sandwich panel, the side steel thickness and material also can be changed according to demand.
The roof
The roof design is one of the biggest highlights of the entire prefabricated accommodation container house. Instead of sandwich panel, we designed multi-layer put on the roof system and install drainage rainwater gutter on the roof. Making sure after installed, customer will not face any leaking problem.
The floor
10pcs 40*80mm and 4 pcs 80*80mm steel square are installed on floor system. 14 steel purlins strengthen the bottom structure, and the increase in purlin density improves the load-bearing capacity of the prefabricated accommodation container house. K-home uses sturdy and durable 18mm MGO board or 15mm cement board as the floor.
