Construction costs have increased on some islands in Caribbean area significantly. But as local governments try to decrease unemployment through visa regulations and incentives to hire locals, can you expect lower costs as developers pay less to have qualified workers on-site.

High costs are problematic, that's why our prefab modular container house comes to solve this problem in the temporary house field

For the local government request, each house should have an entry door and exit door, so for the family house, we design like below, this consists of 2 standard units, there is 2 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, 1 small kitchen, and 1 living room, there is an entry door and an exit door at the living room area. 
Each area has a big window, so it could ensure the house has enough sunlight at day time.

Besides the family living house, it could has many applications also, such as office, dormitory, school, etc.

1. Reliable Structure: The container dormitory is made by dozens of container houses. The structure of the container house is safe and reliable and meets the requirements of architectural design specifications. The service life of the container hotel is more than 15 years.
