Structure Frame
Our house structure frames are made of galvanized pained steel and the thickness is 2.3mm. Certainly, it also could be customized according to client's needs.
The roof
The roof design is one of the biggest highlights of the entire prefabricated accommodation container house. Instead of sandwich panel, we designed multi-layer put on the roof system and install drainage rainwater gutter on the roof. Making sure after installed, customer will not face any leaking problem.
The Floor
You may notice that there are many different prices in the market, some are expensive and some are very cheap.
Here is one of our differences: The floor system design. We designed 16 floor purlins, to better strengthen the floorboard and bear people's weight.
Your people are stronger and heavier than us, or there is some heavy furniture inside, like bunk bed, people may jump off the bed. If the floor system is not strong enough, it may be broken. So we increased the number of floor purlins to ensure your normal use.
Above the purlins, we use 18mm thickness fireproof MGO board, if the project location is moisture and has a lot of rain, we recommend you to use the fiber cement floorboard, it is waterproof.
Above the floorboard, you can use PVC floor leather or wood floorboard.
