wall panel system:
We have wall panels of different materials, such as PU sandwich panels, EPS sandwich panels, rock wool sandwich panels, among which rock wool sandwich panels are widely used because of their good thermal insulation and sound insulation effects, fireproof resistance is A1, the price is cheap! Our standard container unit (Size: 5950*300*2800mm) is made of 50mm thick thermal insulation rock wool material, and the double sides steel plate is 0.4mm thick, which is strong enough.

Floor system:
There are 4 floor beams with a thickness of 2.5mm, and the floor purlins are equipped with two sizes of square tubes, 80*80 and 40*80, because we know that there are many workers there. So to make the floor stable, we added purlins in the 6m direction. On it, we changed the MGO board to 18mm thick cement board, which can withstand long-term harsh environments such as toilets and shower rooms. Floor leather, the living room is 1.6mm thick, and in the bathroom and shower room, we will add waterproof felt and aluminum plate on the floor to ensure waterproof.

Roof system:
For this dormitory in Singapore, in addition to the bi-pitched roof, our house also has waterproof and thermal insulation on the roof, with a total of 4 layers, roof tiles, glass wool, roof purlins, ceiling, next to the roof beams, there are 4 gutters and downspouts to come Collect rainwater.
