The whole bearing structure of roof truss adopts light steel framing makes the house possible to stay safe under hurricanes with 60 m/s speed.
Light Weight
Light gauge steel framing is a kind of lightweight flexible structure. The weight of each square meter is calculated accurately by professional software in order to ensure the most proper structure performance as well as convenience to move.
Thermal Insulation
We choose Rock wool as the basic thermal insulation material. And all the materials we use also plays a necessary function of sound insulation, which makes the inner environment peaceful and comfortable.
Snow load and Moisture Proof
The design of slope roof helps the snow and rain to fall down along the pitch. We adopt multi-layer moisture proofing external wall system which could prevent the outside humidity and allow the indoor moisture escape.
Long Life Span
The whole structure system is assembled by cold formed steel components in light gauge steel. The life span of the house frames can reach to 70 years. And All the decoration materials can be replaced and renovated easily.

How Much Soes a Flat Pack House Cost to Build?
The cost of Flat Pack House will be varied from different designs, material selection and required total quantity. In general, our standard size of movable container house is 5950*3000*2800mm (L*W*H) per unit. And each 40'HQ shipping container can load 11 units of standard size. Thus calculated based on the 11 units, then the estimated FOB price of each standard size unit is $2,400 more or less. If you change the standard material configuration or the total quantity, then the unit price will be changed also.
The unit price includes the price of one door, two windows, ceiling, floor, and basic electricity such as socket, switch, lamp and electric wires. If you need the internal partition room, the cost will be a little bit higher because there will be extra wall panels, and we will also add customized flashing for you, making the appearance beautiful.
How Long Do Flat Pack House Last?
The design service life of the
Flat Pack House is about 15-20 years. Its actual lifespan depends on your local environment and using condition.
If you want to make it last longer, we can also upgrade the material for you. For example, the wall material we usually use is 50mm rock wool sandwich panel with double 0.4mm galvanized steel plate. The more options include 75mm thickness and thicker galvanized steel plate such as 0.5mm, 0.6mm, and 0.7mm, etc.
For the floor board, we also have other options. If it's rainy in your area, we can replace the MGO board to cement fiber board. It has better performance on the moisture proof and waterproof. Besides, we can also provide the aluminum steel plate to use above the floor board. In this way, if you use the portable container as the toilet or public shower room. The aluminum steel plate will prevent the floor board from break. And the aluminum plate is easy to clean and will not to rust.
