The project mainly used for a Building Site Workers Dormitory: 1) 3 bedrooms ensuite with kitchen, living room etc, 1 rooms- senior manager 2) 2 bedroom ensuite all inclusive with kitchen/living room, total 10sets. 3) 30 rooms for 120 general workers living on site, with two bunk beds. 4) 10 rooms for outside showers and sinks 5) 10 rooms for outside toilets 6) 1 dining hall and kitchen capacity of 100 people, about 22 rooms. 7) 1 dining hall capacity of 15 people ( senior staff), about 5 rooms.
1. Roof Structure: Consider the rainy weather in Singapore, we design the double slope roof to make sure the rain can flow more easy. the double roof are combined single steel plate and Herringbone beam, square tube, all are make sure the structure are stable, also, the color can be choose from red and blue. 2. Enough Sunshine: When we know there are 7 person will live in the house, we recommend a big window and two small windows to make sure the house can got enough sunshine for comfrtable living experience. 3. Waterproof : For the shower and toilet room harsh environment, we consider waterproof are more important point for them, so we do improvement for the structure and add floor waterproof material, such as Waterproof linoleum, cement board, thicker floor leather.
