Container Prefabricated House Advantages

1. Fast and Durable.

The components of prefabricated container house are manufactured in the factory. So the assembly work on the construction site is quote easy and fast. The workers only need to use bolts and screws to assemble all materials together, without any welding work. After they know how to install one container unit, then the remain are all the same.  

The mobile container use the galvanized steel as the main structure, so it has resistance to the earthquake and high wind. Using the rock wool sandiwch panel as the wall material also make it have a good performance on insulation, fireproof and sound insulation. If you have a higher requirement on the quality, we can also provide you with other options such as PU panels.

K-Home portable container has CE & ISO certificate. We will strictly control the quality of our prefabricated houses during the production process. If you need a third-party inspection, we will also cooperate and support you.

After assembling the flat pack container, you don't need to have a second decoration. You can move inside the house directly. The ceiling, floor leather, and basic electricity are all equipped.

Wall panel configuration options for container houses

Rock wool sandwich panel and EPS sandwich panel options can meet most using environments. 
If you have special requirements, PU sealed rock wool panel or PU panel can be recommended for your upgrade options.

The cost of the flat pack container house is determined by its internal design layout, total required quantity, and material selection. The standard size and configuration will be the most cost effective, if you need to customize the size, or upgrade the material, that will increase the production cost.

A: SGS, BV, TUV, etc. Are available, it is according to client requirement. 

Q: How about your delivery time? 
A: Generally within 30 days, it is according to order quantity, partial shipment is allowed for big order. 

Q: What about the installation? 
A: We'll provide the detailed installation drawing, supervisors guiding installation is available. We can do turnkey job for some kind of projects.
