1. Galvanized after High Temperature Powder Spray Coated
Galvanized steel structure, surface spray treated by machine after repeatedly polished; So it could make the structure long time anti-rust
and be used for a long time without maintenace.
2. Large Space & Luxurious Decoration
A. Large space: Our standard modular container house size is 5.95x3x2. 8 meters. It is larger than 20ft shipping containers which are only 2. 4x6x2. 35 meters.
B. Luxurious decoration: The steel structure is hidden inside the walls, the electric cables are hidden inside the wall, and there is also PVC floor leather and internal skirting lines.
3. Complete Drainage System
We updated our roof system and made a curved design, so it has complete drainage system. There are 4pcs big water gutters on each side, so even there is big rain, it can store for a long itme, then the rainwater will flow into the dowinpipes, then flow to outside, there are a downpipe in each column.
This is our unqiue design, only we have!!
Between the connection joint of two containers, we will use Waterproof Tape to cover the joint, so the water can't enter inside.
For example, we have a customer from the Philippines, as you know, there is a lot of rain in his country. He purchased containers before, but the containers often leak, causing great trouble to the customer.

4. Strong Corner Joint
We updated the paint on the corner joint, we added a layer paint treatment to ensure it is more rust resistant.
5. Short Direction Steel Ceiling
Before, we provided long ceiling. You need to install the ceiling from the long side of the container, but it was difficult to install;
So we upgraded the ceiling to make it shorter, so that it can help you reduce the trouble of site installation.
6. Sealing Treatment
We will use sealing strip on the joint between wall panel and steel frame for better waterproof performance.
