Product Description

This plan is customized for our Maldives client, it used in the island, so we need to consider the strong corrosion of seawater,  so for this project, we use 3mm thickness steel structure, and the wall panel choose PU sealed rock wool sandwich panel, both sides use aluminum magnesium manganese plate, because aluminum is very steady, it has great seawater corrosion performance.
The ground floor uses 4 standard containers, and 2 decks, upstairs use 4 decks also.
So this building use 4 container and 6 decks total, with 1 stair.
The front sidewall is customized with a full glass wall with the entrance door, the thickness of the glass is 5+12+5mm thickness glass.
For the floor on the deck, we choose composite deck panel, it is mostly used outside, especially near the sea, because this is easy to clean, don't easily get deformed, and very wearable, it is very suitable for the business area which many people comes and go.
