The main steel structure of our container cabins is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, with different thicknesses of galvanized steel being used to achieve the best weighing performance of the different components. The 4 columns are made of 2.3mm thick galvanized steel, the bottom structure is made of 1.5mm thick purlins and square tubes, and the top structure is made of 1.2mm thick. At the same time, our container cabins have been designed with continuous innovation to solve the problem of waterproofing and drainage of the roof. The specially designed roof structure consists of 4 drop pipes, drop gutters and a sloping roof.

If you have other requirements, we will also provide you with sandwich panels in PU/Rockwool/EPS materials and in 50mm/75mm/100mm thicknesses.
