Portal Frame Industrial Workshop Metal Steel Building
Portal frame industrial workshop metal building is a single-layer steel structure with rigid connection between beams and columns. It has the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, reasonable stress, and convenient construction. This metal steel building is convenient for factory and standardized processing and production.
The application scope of portal frame metal steel buildings is to be as light industrial buildings. There is no bridge crane or single-storey building steel structure with only medium and light working bridge crane or 3T suspension crane with a lifting capacity of no more than 20t.
The portal frame metal building can be divided into single span (Fig. 3-1a), double span (Fig. 3-1b), multi span (Fig. 3-1c) rigid frame, rigid frame with cornice (Fig. 3-1d) and rigid frame with adjacent house (Fig. 3-1E) according to the structural type.
