Prefabricated housing dormitory

· Self-built prefabricated engineering houses are used as dormitories with no more than 2 floors. The appearance of the dormitory requires a blue roof, white walls, blue stairs, and blue doors and windows.
·The dormitory doors and windows are made of plastic steel or aluminum with broken bridges, and the door and window frames are blue.
·There should be a guide sign on the wall or entrance of the house indicating the words "dormitory area" or "living area".
·The dormitory should ensure that there is necessary living space, the per capita use area is not less than 2.5 square meters, the indoor clearance height is not less than 2.5m, the channel width is not less than 0.9m, and the number of occupants in each dormitory should not exceed 8.
·The fire control of the dormitory area must strictly meet the relevant regulations.



Canteen on site

·The distance between the canteen and the toilets, warehouses and other rooms is not less than 15 meters, and it should not be set on the leeward side of the pollution source.
·The canteen should be a single-layer structure, and the ceiling should be suspended. The materials used in the decoration of the canteen must meet the requirements of environmental protection and fire protection.
·The canteen must be equipped with a washing tank, a disinfection tank, a cleaning tank, and a grease trap, and the grease trap must be dug regularly.



Prefabricated house shower room
·A sufficient number of showers should be installed in the shower room, the ratio of showers to employees should be 1:20, and the shower spacing should not be less than 1 meter.

·The floor of the shower room should be made of non-slip tiles.

Prefab house toilet room
·The size of the toilet room should be determined according to the number of workers on the construction site.
·The toilet must have flushing facilities, the floor of the toilet should be covered with non-slip tiles, doors and windows should be complete, and measures should be taken to prevent mosquitoes and flies in summer.
·The setting of toilet seats should meet the requirements of a squatting pan for every 20 people in men's toilets, a squatting pan for every 10 people in women's toilets, and a 1-meter long urinal trough for every 50 people in men's toilets.
·The distance between squatting pans should not be less than 0.9 meters, partitions should be set between squatting positions, and the height of partitions should not be less than 0.9 meters.

2. For the installation, we will offer installation drawings and videos, if any questions we can reply in time. We can also send our engineer to guide local workers, but you have to charge the double ticket, accommodation, food, and salary.
