The temporary box type steel house is not a new product for most of us, you may see it somewhere. The box type house is a temporary container house, it is pre-manufactured inside the factory, and delivered to your site to make assembling. It greatly reduces outside work and will be much easier on-site work.

In order to make workers comfortable without making investors spend more time and money, we have developed out a container van house that can be recycled to use, quickly installed, and immediately move in, no need for second-time decoration.
We have cooperated with the largest engineering company in the Philippines. The first order of 100 units was used to construct dormitories for workers. This project uses a standard container, dimensions of 5950*3000*2800mm, the floor has 30 small purlines, so even the worker jumping inside, the floor won't shake, it is very strong.
And we have our special water drainage system, so even in the local rains heavily, the house could performance very good on water drainage.

Is it really cheaper to build a container home?
Significantly using container vans for regular homes will be a cheaper solution. Normally it costs at least 30% less than a permanent building. And it is just a temporary house, no need very strict permit for building or installation, and it could greatly reduce your construction period, and labor hours. After completing the complete, you could move in immediately no need to wait for it dry like a permanent building.

Q: How to pay?
A: TT and L/C are acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit before producing, 70% balance before loading by TT.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It depends on order quantities. Generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 15 to 30 days.
Q: How to ship?
A: Loading by sea shipping container.
Q: How to install after the goods arriving destination?
A: We will provide detailed illustration photos and videos to you. If it is necessary, we will send technicians to help you. However, the visa fee, air tickets, accommodation, wages will be borne by buyers.
