Container house is famous for it's fast assembly, portable, recycle to use, and low cost features. It is widely used in the market now.
Our standard size is L5.95*W3*H2.8m, and L5.95*W2.4*H2.8m, which is mostly used in the market. Based on the standard steel chassis, container houses can derive many combined spaces. Such as meeting room, dormitory, kitchen, toilet, office, etc.
The Philippines is our main market, due to local weather being humid and rainy all year round, so the container house should care more about the anti-rust and corrosion features.
The container house has been upgraded many times, now it has solved the roof leak problem very well, we know that corrugated roof has a leaking problem, and after you use it for a few months, it may have floor collapse, chaise bending, etc. Which will take you a lot of time on after-sales maintenance for years.
Now our products have solved this problem very well.
Let's see what upgrades we did:
1. About the roof system, we change the previous roof system totally.
1. We guide the water drainage flowing way, put a scientific drainage system on the roof.
2. Add 4 wide, and deep galvanized water gutters on each side, which can collect water on top.
3. Add 4 strong PVC water pipelines inside each pillar, which could drain the water out quickly and immediately.

Advantages: It will guide the water out, totally change the irregular drainage like before. Greatly reduce the water that could corrosion the chaise, wall panel, pillar, and when you use the container barrack, it may not exactly be in the same level, so the water will go in the same direction all the time. So, your house gonna be broken soon.
2. Corner connection change
1. The bolts are hidden now because the previous is easy to rust.
2. Add hole to place downpipe.
3. With a hole on it, will be easier for you to add the second floor.

4. More treatment on the anti-rust feature: Now after the steel plate welded together. Then readjust into the correct position. Then move rust in the factory first, send to Zinc cost factory use electric coating way to spray Zinc many times totally. After that, take it back to our factory, use anti-rust paint, spray power coating way to power coated it for many times, to make the corner joint have more anti-rust function.
