At first, the client requested to make a 2-story office and gave us a simple layout plan, 10 units of container house modules, of which the middle 2 are used as containers for stairs, There are 8 modular units left, 4 units on the ground floor, 2 are combined into a conference room, the other 2 are used as separate offices, and the 4 above are used as dormitories. We drew the drawings according to the customer's requirements. Later, based on our rich practical experience, we made a walkway on the outside as recommended by the customer, and added a glass curtain wall, so that the building will be more beautiful from the outside. The glass curtain wall adopts coating technology, and can also have It can effectively keep warm and protect privacy.

Installation process:
First of all, the customer needs to prepare the foundation columns of the building one week in advance according to the drawings. After the foundation is solidified, all the materials enter the construction site. There are 8 workers on the site for construction. After the frame is built, start the installation of the wall part of the first-floor box room and the installation of doors and windows. During the installation process, professional electric staff will wire the building's wires and reserve the interface, which will be used when installing electrical appliances later.
After the first-floor building is installed, the second-floor building will be installed on the ground with sandwich panels and doors, and windows. After all, components are installed, the unit will be moved to the second floor of the box room by a crane and fixed and connected with high-strength bolts.
To install the walkway box, first, install all the frames of the walkway according to the method of installing the office, and finally install the glass curtain wall. After the installation is completed, check whether the gaps in the house are properly sealed, and re-gluing if there are problems.
